STRICT OWNERSHIP NOTICE: All painting images, handmade drawings, artwork descriptions, photographic representations, and website UI design files on alex-iptakedown.com are the exclusive and sole intellectual property of the artist Alex. Any unauthorized replication, commercial exploitation, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal consequences.
We respect and aggressively protect the creative efforts of our artist. This policy serves as a notice and framework to prevent any intellectual property infringement or copyright violation.
1. Ownership of Handmade Artworks
Every single artwork exhibited on this website is a unique, hand-painted creation or a limited-edition physical print crafted solely by artist Alex. The master copyright of the creative concept, visual composition, color schemes, and high-resolution digital representations remains exclusively with Alex in perpetuity. The purchase of a physical original painting transfers ownership of the physical canvas only; it does NOT transfer commercial reproduction rights, licensing rights, or permission to recreate or redraw the image for resale under any circumstances, unless explicitly granted in writing by the artist.
2. Restrictions on Digital & Physical Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Alex:
- Downloading, distributing, uploading, or reproducing digital images of Alex's paintings for any commercial purpose.
- Cropping, editing, removing watermarks/artist signatures from painting images, or using screenshots of artworks to re-list them on other e-commerce sites or social media channels.
- Feeding these artwork images into Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms, neural networks, or machine learning models to generate derived works.
- Painting copies (reproductions) of these original designs for commercial sale.
3. Enforcement Policy (IP Takedown)
As the legal intellectual property owner, artist Alex actively enforces copyright protections:
- We conduct regular internet sweeps and utilize automated reverse-image tools to monitor online marketplaces, print-on-demand services, and social media channels.
- Upon identifying any unauthorized listing or use of our artwork images, we immediately submit official **IP Takedown Requests** (DMCA reports) to host servers, domain hosts, and e-commerce platforms (such as Facebook, Google Shopping, Amazon, etc.) to force removal.
- We reserve the right to initiate formal litigation and claim financial damages from individuals or businesses engaging in intentional copyright infringement or trade theft.
4. Licensing and Collaborations
If you represent a museum, media outlet, or academic journal and wish to license high-resolution copies of Alex's paintings for educational, non-commercial display, or editorial coverage, please contact us directly to obtain a formal license agreement.
